Shipping

We aim to make every order feel as considered as the products themselves.  All Oat & Sage Living orders are carefully packed using minimal, eco-conscious materials and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 2-3 working days of purchase.  During busy periods or product launches, this may extend slightly - but we'll always keep you informed.

UK Delivery

• Standard delivery 2-4 working days after dispatch
• Free delivery on orders over £50
• All orders include tracking details once shipped

International Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only, but international delivery will be available soon.

Packaging

Your order will arrive beautifully wrapped in recyclable or compostable packaging - simple, natural and kind to the earth.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Oat & Sage Living order, but we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right.

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please not that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48hrs so we can arrange a replacement.
